    Martha Collins is a business consultant specializing in organizational development and sales management. She brings extensive experience in a wide variety of industries. An accomplished trainer, Martha has proven ability in: coaching leaders, improving sales and presentation skills, increasing team effectiveness (when new teams come together, existing teams need to sharpen their direction or effectiveness to achieve high performance needed), behavioral based competency identification used in selection, development and promotion decisions for management and sales.

    Martha has implemented change strategies with leadership teams using: organizational diagnosis and effectiveness; management development; succession planning efforts; identification, assessment and development of high potentials; vendor selection and management of leading-edge outsourcing of a training department; and increasing effectiveness of HR departments.
