Cindy Davis is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor with High Points Real Estate in the Washington, DC metro area where she is a Vice President. She is an expert in lease negotiations, developing creative property solutions, as well as acquisitions and dispositions of commercial property and land. Previously she worked as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor with Cushman and Wakefield.

She was formerly an Investment Banker with United Bank Securities Inc. and a magna cum laude graduate of University of Virginia with a degree in Business Administration. She was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma, the Business Honor Society and to the National Society for Collegiate Scholars. She is the recipient of the Pete Ellison Memorial Scholarship, Virginia Tech Emerging Leader Scholarship, Hugh O'Brian Leadership Award, and the Northfield Foundation Scholarship for Leadership Excellence as well as a Commonwealth Scholar.

While in school Cindy was an Economic Analyst for the Student Managed Endowment responsible for managing $4 million of University of Virginia Foundation investments and has also worked for the Communications Department of the New York Stock Exchange and on Fox Network's The Cavuto Business Report. She has appeared as a guest on numerous television and radio programs including MSNBC's "Economy Watch," CNN's "Your Money," National Public Radio's "Morning Edition," and Bloomberg News
